Summary of "Season 1 - To own, or not to own...": Besides containing the episodes in order, there's nothing else exciting about this released. The quality is the same as the previous sets, and without any bonus material there isn't any added reason to repurchase the set. Of course that's assuming that you bought the previous releases in the first place, and if you're a collector of TV-on-DVD then there's a good chance you passed those up in the hopes that Warner Bros would release this season set. Summary of "Volume 3 - Love the cat and mouse": It doesn't matter whether the cartoons are from the 40s, or the 2000s, this cat and mouse duo crack me up. It's nice to see the new series capture the spirit that made Tom and Jerry a success. The show made me laugh, and when it comes to a series like Tom and Jerry, that's a measurement of success.
