Summary of "Complete Original Series - Could you Survive?": I enjoyed this show overall, though I found it really dragged at times. The show seemed to get progressively worse in each season; maybe that's just me not enjoying the change in direction that seemed to come each year (reasons of which were revealed in the "Cult of Survivors" documentary). Sure, I had issues with the show here and there, but I quite enjoyed watching the story unfold. I found the lack of score in the episodes to be rather unsettling, as I'm so used to TV music telling me how to feel, or at least being used to fill the silence (there's LOTS of silence in Survivors).
I've already started watching the remake of the series (available the same day as this set), and my mind is already spinning trying to compare the two. A great show for raising questions, Survivors may not be perfect, but it's certainly worth watching. (read entire review)
