Summary of "The Complete Series - A different kind of Stargate": Okay, let's get one thing out of the way... this has VERY little to do with the TV series'. I almost wish they had approached the Stargate universe as some aliens that are interacting with the gates; creating another group of humans, and have them act completely differently from the people on the other shows is probably what made this series fail in the first place. It's nice that Shout! put it out, but fans expecting this to be a cartoon version of SG-1 or Atlantis will probably be a bit bummed. (read entire review)
