Summary of "Volume 2 - Poor Red": I feel sorry for Red Herring. Sure, the kid looks like a punk, but has he really done anything wrong? If he has then, it's not in any of these episodes. Maybe they discriminate against him because his hair is red.
I noticed something after watching these episodes; the show teaches kids that bribery is okay. How many times does Daphne offer Scooby some snacks so he does something he doesn't want to? Yup, almost every episode. Shame on you Daphne!
They should be able to wrap up the first season of the show with one more volume. Hopefully we'll hear about it soon. (read entire review)
Summary of "Volume 1 - Scooby-dooby-doo!": I had a blast reliving my youth while watching these 4 episodes. The theme song is very catchy, and it's running through my head as I type this. I thought the stories were good as well; they remind me of the original series, but with younger characters, and better animation. I would have preferred a season set (it's only 13 episodes), but I'll settle for volumes released in order.
If you're a fan of Scooby then you'll have to consider adding this to your collection. (read entire review)
