Summary of "Best of The New Scooby-Doo Movies - Scooby-Doo, you don't need guests!": I'll be honest - I didn't like this show. I really enjoyed the original Scooby-Doo, but these episodes were too long, and contained too much filler to hold my attention. I thought the guest appearances were done as a novelty, instead of furthering the story. I'm sure I'll receive angry emails about this, but that's my opinion.
I'm a bit puzzled by the set as well. There are 15 of the 25 episodes, and this is a "best of" release. Does that mean we won't see the other 10 episodes, or will there be a "best of vol 2" released down the line? I'm going to cross my fingers and hope that the show will be finished for the fans, but the title of this release has me a bit worried. The lack of chapters also bothers me, especially since these are nearly 45 mins each. The inclusion of the lithograph was a really nice touch.
I'm not sure what's next in store for our four-legged friend, but I'll look forward to it. (read entire review)
