Summary of "The 3rd Year/2004 Season - Love the show!": Love the show, love the show, LOVE THE SHOW! Okay, that's out of my system. It's a shame Universal couldn't have released season 2 before this one, but I didn't feel as though I missed anything by skipping ahead. I'll look forward to catching up later on, and hopefully any upcoming sets will contain widescreen versions of the episodes (maybe season 4 and on).

Summary of "The 1st Year - Mr. Smarty Pants": Vincent D'Onofrio is known for the movies he's appeared in, and some of the strange characters he's played. He was funny as Edgar, the farmer who became the alien, in Men in Black, and he was spooky as the psychotic killer in The Cell. He's an excellent actor, and well-suited for the part of Goren. Erbe joins Christopher Meloni, Dean Winters and B.D. Wong in making the jump to a Law & Order series from Oz; she played Shirley Bellinger in the prison drama.
Universal is skipping the release of the second season on DVD for now; they'll release season 3 on September 14th. I'm told there are plans to go back and release season 2. (read entire review)
