Summary of "Season 1 - Not Funny": Kath & Kim has the honor of being one of the few shows that I couldn't finish on DVD. I tried to get through the season a few times, but I just didn't like it, at all. I didn't find the show funny, and I found it hard to accept that Molly Shannon (44) was the mother of Selma Blair (37). Sure, Selma Blair is attractive, but she's got 10 years on the character she plays. I suffered through the first 4 episodes before bailing, I just couldn't do it. I wasn't surprised when I found out the show had been canceled; at least someone at the network was on the ball.
If you were a fan of the show then this DVD set is for you. I'm not a fan, and I wouldn't really recommend someone blind-buy this set. (read entire review)
