Summary of "The Complete 5th Season - Teddy cracks me up":
I really like the kids that go to school with Michelle. The one that makes me laugh the most is Teddy (Tahj Mowry). The addition of the twins is nice because it allowed Jesse's character to mature (a little), and added some cuteness to the series now that Michelle is growing up.

It's too bad Warner couldn't get some bonus material on the sets, but that's what happens when the cast is unavailable for interviews or commentary tracks. I'm just thankful they stopped doing "Joey Moments" like on one of the previous sets. Hey, bring on season 6, extras or no extras. (read entire review)

Summary of "The Complete 4th Season - He's NOT Danny Tanner!":
Bob Saget hosted the VSDA awards in Las Vegas last month, and I have to tell you, he's nothing like Danny Tanner. He's foul-mouthed, crude, and really, really horny. It was funny to hear the naughty things coming from his mouth, but also a tad scary. Yes, Bob Saget and Danny Tanner are two very different people.

It's a shame Warner Bros has run out of material for these DVDs. They were far from being packed, but at least previous sets had something on them. Too bad the actors aren't interested in being interviewed for these sets. (read entire review)

Summary of "The Complete 3rd Season - Joey, you're so silly":
I remembered a few of these episodes from their initial run (wow, it's been so long). I definitely enjoyed the show more back then than I do now, but I still get a chuckle here and there.

I was a bit surprised by the season 3 set; it's a step back from season 2. The video quality isn't as good, and they got rid of the chapters that they added for the second season set. The Extras aren't as good either, but I guess we'll have to suck it up and get used to them; the cast members don't seem interested in contributing to the sets, or signing off on any material that may already exist.

When will we see season 4? Probably sometime later this year. (read entire review)

Summary of "The Complete 2nd Season - Grrr....Danny Tanner!":
Hey, what can I say? The show is fun, though I'm not a fan of Danny Tanner. Bob Saget has a number of lines that seem better suited for America's Funniest Home Videos; they're super-cheese.

I remember a number of these episodes from the initial run of the series, but the one that stands out the most is the finale, "Luck Be a Lady." I think about this episode every time I'm in Vegas and see some kids walking through the casino.

I predict we'll see season 3 in 2006, but I don't have any inside info on the release. (read entire review)

The Complete 1st Season - Have Mercy (on me)! (2/21/2005)

Summary of "The Complete 1st Season - Have Mercy (on me)!":
I'll be honest; this show drives me NUTS now! Bob Sagat is so annoying, Dave Coulier drives me crazy, and the stories are so sappy they make me want to gag. As Uncle Jesse would say, "Have Mercy!" I found it extremely difficult to get through these episodes, so I skipped around on the discs (forgive me). I thought I may have a problem watching the show, but I didn't think it would be this bad. If you're a fan of Full House, please don't yell at me; I used to love the show, but I grew out of it. There are shows that should be left as memories, and this is one of them, at least for me.

Warner Bros put together a good set, and current fans will pick this up. It was interesting to see John Posey playing Danny Tanner (far less annoying), and the commentary tracks were very informative. If you were young when you watched this show then you may want to rent it before adding it to your collection. (read entire review)
