Summary of "The Complete 2nd Season - TV Porn": I enjoyed season 2, but I still think a great deal of the show is set up. They always seem to get things done just in time; a bit too coincidental, don't you think? I had to laugh when Bishop lost the audio track on the computer; how many professional editors wouldn't know what to do, and couldn't tell that the audio was there? It made him look a bit foolish, and was probably a plot cooked up by someone.
Yikes, what happened to the bonus material?! Season 1 had a commentary track, some deleted scenes, and interviews, but season 2 has....promos for the show. I was surprised that the "play all" feature was gone, since it was on season 1, and having stereo audio as the default was a bit odd, though it's consistent with some consistent of their recent releases (The L Word). The Complete 1st Season - Nudity required (1/19/2004)
Summary of "The Complete 1st Season - Nudity required": If you're a man you're probably slightly interested about a reality show that takes a look behind-the-scenes of the porn industry, and that's okay...honestly. When I first heard this show was coming out I was quite interested in taking a look at it. I can't say it ever aired in Canada, so I didn't have a chance to take a look at it on TV, so DVD is the way to go. It's not even about the nudity, at least not for me, it's watching how others react to the business Adam is in. The reaction of his mother's new neighbor was priceless, and his high school friends at the reunion were classic. I'm just slightly concerned with him shooting porn movies at his place on the furniture his son sits on. I hope he cleans it first!
If you don't get freaked out by nudity or people having sex, take a chance and check this show out. It's very tasteful and gives the viewer an interesting look behind the camera of porn movies. (read entire review)
