As you know, LucasFilm and CBS/Paramount Home Entertainment are getting ready to bring you The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles on DVD, with three massive installments chock-full of newly-shot Companion Historical Dramas to go along with each episode. October 23rd sees the release of the 12-DVD set simply called "Volume 1", and then on December 18th we'll get the 9-disc set for Volume 2, subtitled "The War Years". The DVDs wrap up with a 3rd Volume release next Spring, probably planned to come out just in time for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull to hit theaters.
Now, in co-operation with LucasFilms and CBS/Paramount Home Entertainment, courtesy of a media kit they've made available to us, TVShowsOnDVD is pleased to bring you some special previews of the upcoming DVD releases! We've got 7 clips for you showing off the action, guest stars, locations, a couple of scenes, a brief look at one of the Companion Historical Documentaries, and a demonstration of the Interactive Historical DVD Timeline. A few of these clips were too long to use as-is the way the studios provided them, so we've cut them down for running time purposes. They are still large files, so try to resolve issues of bandwidth for our readers, we've placed them on YouTube for everybody's convenience:
