Several weeks ago we
passed along word that Mill Creek Entertainment had picked up the rights to various shows produced by Stephen J. Cannell, including
Wiseguy. Now Amazon has added a pre-order listing (see button link below) that confirms the
August 25th street date for
Wiseguy - The Complete 1st Season. This 4-DVD set, running 960 minutes, will cost a mere $14.98. Frankly, that's a price which makes us wonder whether Mill Creek will have any better results at including all the original broadcast music than Ventura Dist. did with their 2003-2005 DVD releases of the show. No further info is available at the moment, but here's a look at the front cover art:
