The Wire - The Complete 4th Season on DVD, but it must be on-the-way. The new issue of trade magazine
Home Media Magazine this coming week features an advertisement from HBO Home Video, aimed at retailers, reminding them to stock HBO's TV-on-DVD releases for the holidays, because (as the ad puts it) "No Other Gift Is HBO."
There's no other message, save the legal "fine print" about what items are trademarked by whom, etc., and labels under the boxes pictured of the various releases the studio is pushing. Most of those releases shown are already available or announced for release soon, but one item that's neither released nor announced is
The Wire - The Complete 4th Season.
