It's been almost a month since CBS/Paramount
announced that
Wings - The Complete 5th Season would come to DVD on
November 6th. This package goes for $38.99 SRP, but
Amazon.com is taking pre-orders currently at the discounted cost of $27.29. They have artwork at the retailer, which you can see below on the right. That's the official artwork the studio is circulating, but apparently this is actually the "thinpak" disc case inside the box, that holds the first 2 discs of a 4-DVD set. The artwork on the left, seen at other online retailers, is probably the correct artwork for this release's outer packaging. We contacted the studio to try to confirm this, but they did not respond after multiple attempts. If something changes, we'll certainly update you, but for now, here's a look at both of them!
