I'm in LA for the TV-DVD conference this week, and yesterday I moderated a panel of TV producers which included Lloyd Segan from Wildfire and The Dead Zone. I was speaking with Lloyd before the panel, and he mentioned the first season of Wildfire would be released in February. Keep in mind the studio hasn't announced the date yet, and it may change.
Wildfire is the story of a girl and her horse. Eighteen-year-old Kris Furillo is a troubled teen that has a talent for working with horses. A local trainer finds her a job at the Ritter family ranch, and she must deal with difficulties as she struggles to fit in. The show airs on ABC Family.
