BURBANK, CA (September 18, 2007) - Consumers will get in the game with Scooby-Doo and the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang when Warner Home Video (WHV) releases What's New Scooby-Doo? The Complete Third Season on DVD January 8, 2008. From wrestling to car racing, to hockey, this action-packed DVD set features 13 rousing episodes, many of which take place in sports-themed settings. What's New Scooby-Doo? The Complete Third Season will be offered in a two-disc set retailing at $19.98 SRP.
This third installment of What's New Scooby-Doo? finds the Mystery Inc. gang fighting crimes and solving mysteries as they travel the world and find themselves in a number of exciting, sports-themed settings. In Diamonds are a Ghouls Best Friend, the gang travels to Russia for the International World Cup hockey event and come face-to-face with the ghost of a Russian hockey player who does his best to ruin the event. Block-Long Hong Kong Terror finds the gang on a trip to Hong Kong where they encounter a giant Chinese New Year's dragon that has mysteriously come to life. In Gentlemen, Start Your Monsters, Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma find themselves in a haunted stock car race. All 13 episodes of What's New Scooby-Doo? The Complete Third Season are loaded with laughs and hilarious escapades that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. A bonus episode, Scooby-Doo Christmas, is also included.

The third season of What's New Scooby-Doo? originally aired from January 2005 to July 2006 on The WB. What's New Scooby-Doo? carries on the rich tradition of the world famous cartoon, which has entertained millions of fans for many years.
