Early in May, we
had the scoop that Shout! Factory had acquired the DVD rights to
Werewolf - The Complete Series, and was planning a September 1st release for a 5-disc set. Now, however, the studio has informed retailers that the release date had to be pushed back roughly a month, to
October 6th. No reason for the change has been given.
However, the studio DID have some good news at the same time: a bit of advance word about two of the bonus features we'll find on this release! One featurette is "The Man Who Was Alamo Joe" with actor Lance LeGault, and another is "To Build A Better Werewolf" with special makeup FX creators Greg Cannom and Gino Crognale. There is likely to be other extras as well, but those two are all that we're aware of so far. Stay tuned for further updates!
