A week ago we had
the scoop for our readers with the first look at cover art (front and back) and bonus features for
Weeds - Season 1 on DVD. We didn't have a release date at the time, though...except we were pretty sure it would hit in June or July.
July it is!
July 11th, to be specific, which we know thanks to release listings at
Amazon.com ($27.99 discounted price) and
DVDEmpire.com ($29.16). Both offer rather decent discounts compared to the $39.98 suggested retail price (SRP). 10 episodes running 283 minutes are accompanied by the long list of extras we reported last time. Here's that cover art again:
