This morning Lionsgate has announced the release of
Weeds - Season 3, coming to home video on
June 3rd for both DVD and Blu-ray Disc. The award-winning series will be presented in both formats with video in Anamorphic Widescreen, English Dolby audio (5.1 and 2.0 on the DVD, and for the Blu-ray the audio formats will be 7.1 PCM and 5.1), plus subtitles in English and Spanish, and closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
Cost is said to be $39.98 SRP for both the DVD and the Blu-ray Disc versions (which is how the second season was handled). Running time is 330 minutes for 15 episodes. There will also be a ton of extras on board these releases, including Commentary Tracks, and featurettes such as "Good Morning, Agrestic!" and loads more. Expect a full list of the bonus material in the near future, and cover art for both versions, once Lionsgate finalizes everything. Stay tuned for further updates!
