A couple of weeks ago we brought you Warner's official
press release for
Third Watch - The Complete 2nd Season, which is rescued on DVD this
July 7th. The details mentioned in that document didn't include any bonus material for this collection. However, Warner has begun circulating a picture of the rear cover art for this
July 7th release, and it shows that a Gag Reel will be included on the six-disc set!
Also, in
our original report about this release, we speculated about whether or not Warner had possibly subsituted music in order to make this release happen. We've got our answer to that on this rear package art, too. Near the bottom you'll spot a box which says "Some Music Differs From Original Televised Version." Our thanks to the studio for warning fans in advance about this; it's good to have the proper expectations. Here's a look at the back of the box:
