CBS DVD and Paramount Home Entertainment continue their pattern of "a season set in the Summer, and a season set in the Winter" for the Chuck Norris signature series with their announcement this morning of Walker, Texas Ranger - The Complete 6th Season, coming out on January 13th.
This follows DVD releases of "The Final Season" in June 2005, then Season 1 a year later in June 2006, with Season 2 in January 2007, then Season 3 in June 2007, then Season 4 in February 2008, and most recently Season 5 in July 2008. There should be two more season-set releases after this one, to get every regular episode of the show out onto DVD.
This season (which some online episode guides count as the "seventh") contains 23 episodes, including the two-part episode "Team Cherokee," with guest star Michael Horse (Twin Peaks). Running time is 1003 minutes. No other details are available yet, nor is any box art, but we'll update you when we can. Stay tuned!
