Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea - The Seaview is Set to Finish Out the 3rd Season on DVD

Season 3, Vol 2 on 10/23, Sources Say

Posted by David Lambert
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea - Season 3, Vol 2 will surface in a store near you this October 23rd, according to our industry sources. Prior to Fox's official announcement, our friends in the home video industry have given us the heads-up (and we appreciate it!) that this set of 3 double-sided DVDs will arrive on that date, at a cost of $39.98 SRP. Look for it to contain the second half of the third season, with the final episode of 1966 and all the early 1967 episodes, running 663 minutes for those 13 eps. Audio is English, French and Spanish with subtitles in English and Spanish.

Due to the officially un-announced nature of this info, cover art is not available just yet. We've got a copy-and-paste of the extras that were sent to us, and here is how our contacts saw it in the studio material:
    • Episodic Photo Gallery
    • Publicity Photos
    • TV Merchandise
  • David Hedison Interviews:
    • Explosions on the Set
    • His Argument with Irwin
    • Richard's Experience on the Show
    • Richard Basehart 1966 Interview (audio only)
Stay tuned for further developments, and cover art just as soon as we can get it!
