BCI's deal to acquire new Filmation properties such as
She-Ra, also mentions on page 26 that BCI has formed a new label called Ronin Entertainment, and that Ronin's first two properties will be the original 1966
Ultraman series and the 1980 Sonny Chiba-starring series
Shadow Warriors.
We first reported back on New Year Day about both
Ultraman and
Shadow Warriors, and it's good to hear that these DVD releases are moving forward and that BCI is paying them such special attention. Stay tuned and we'll keep you informed about further TV-DVD developments with these two series!
