In the last half of August we
reported about how Best Buy's exclusivity agreement for
Tru Calling - The Complete 2nd Season was coming to an end after September, and that the 2-disc (6-episode) set was tentatively expected to be for sale on October 4th...just three days after the "Best Buy Exclusive" stickers on current product stated the arrangement would end.
Now Fox Home Entertainment is reporting a significant change in that date to release this through other sellers. The new date we've found out for the general retail release is
November 15th...essentially extending Best Buy's exclusivity for another month-and-a-half.
We're VERY sure of this change in Fox's schedule, but be aware that even that date isn't formally announced yet; it can still change prior to Fox making it official. We are keeping a close eye on this, though, so stay tuned for further developments.
