Tru Calling - The Complete 2nd Season is already available...
as a Best Buy exclusive release. Fans of the show who aren't going to buy it from that chain, though, have been wanting to know when they will be able to purchase it elsewhere. We've been keeping an eye open to be able to answer that question, and now we can pass on a tentative release date:
October 4th.
This is just a few days after the "Oct. 1st" date that Best Buy's stickers state is the day their exclusive offer for this release ends, so it makes sense that other retailers would get the chance to sell this as quickly as possible after that. The SRP will continue to be $29.99. Don't forget, that's for six hour-long episodes (that's all the second season was before it was cancelled!) that runs 264 minutes on two discs.
