Earlier this week Sony
announced the
December 13th release date for
Tour of Duty - The Complete Series, a 14-DVD set which will contain every episode of the show's three-season run (58 episodes). For $121.95 SRP, it's not bad. But it's even better once you get a look at the great packaging that this will arrive in!
That looks very nice, but the one question that popped into my head when I saw it was, "how do they intend that I put it on my shelf?" I know that a lot of our readers think along the same lines, so just for grins I decided to turn that picture on it's side to contemplate what it would look like sitting on the shelf next to my other DVDs (assuming it will fit; we really cant' tell from this picture):
