Paramount hasn't officially announced this, but retailers have begun listing

February 7, 2006. The third season of the series aired 29 episodes, so Paramount/CBS has decided to split the season in 2. The suggested retail price is $39.95 for the 4 disc set (we're not sure how many episodes it'll include). You can preorder the set for
