For quite a few weeks now, we've had
a release listing posted for
Tori & Dean: Inn Love - Season 2 on DVD. As of this writing it's very sparse on the info, mainly because there hasn't been much to be found about it other than the what's in pre-order listings such as the one at Amazon (see button link below).
The reason for that had to do with the status of the title's distributor, Goldhil Home Media. Word
circulated in early June that the studio was "financially strapped" (as
Video Business described it), and if you recently visited Goldhil's old website then you would have been redirected to a new one which informs us that "Cerebellum Corporation is the new exclusive distributor of the Goldhil Entertainment Library."
Cerebellum's website doesn't actually have any new details for us about the release itself, though... at least not at this time. However, today we were able to finally get our very first look at the front cover art for you, which we show off below! As a reminder, this will be a 2-disc set, running 220 minutes for 10 episodes, and costing $29.98 SRP. It's going to be available to own on
November 4th.
This past June through August, the third season of the show ran on The Oxygen Network, and those nine episodes saw a pretty big change in the show's format. Instead of taking place at the Chateau La Rue inn as before, the series moved back to La-La Land and the show was renamed "
Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood." Given the change in the show's premise going forward, the folks at Cerebellum have decided to package both of the "
Inn Love" seasons together into one 4-DVD package. That one will run 430 minutes for 18 episodes, costing $39.98 SRP. It's not up for pre-order yet, though. The packaging, shown at the bottom, uses the same key art as the
Season 2 release, so when it becomes available to order, be careful to pick the right version for you.
