About a month ago we
had the scoop about early info regarding Lionsgate's plans to release
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Season 7 on DVD. Our industry contacts had alerted us to expect this title to arrive on March 10th, but - as we passed along to our readers - warned that it was a preliminary date and could be subject to change. Well, apparently things HAVE changed a bit, and the release date as now shifted to
April 21st, we're told. And that still could shift around some more, but that's where it's at right now.
We've also found out, through some digging, that there have been no fewer than *4* different UPC codes set up for this title. This makes us wonder if there might actually be four different packages for the 7th Season set! Hmmm...4 UPC codes, maybe 4 packages, and there are 4 turtles who star in the show. A possible connection? We can't help but wonder about that! Of course, we shouldn't jump to conclusions, and that's exactly what we're doing here. Connecting the dots is fun, but we could easily be wrong. The extra UPC codes, if accurate, might not mean anything at all. So take it with a grain of salt. But we'll see...stay tuned and we'll update you whenever we find out anything more!
