Just a few weeks ago we
posted a story that discussed the probably street date for
Taxi - The Complete 2nd Season. Thanks to
Amazon.com's pre-order listing, we can now confirm that our date of
February 1, 2005 - a date that our friends at The Digital Bits also mentioned - was indeed correct. Amazon states this to be a 4-DVD set that SRPs for $38.99, but which they will let you advance purchase now for just $27.29. No other info is currently available about the set, but here is the cover art:
UPDATE (12/4):
Paramount has updated their info, and let us know that the 24 episodes on this set have a running time of 9 Hours and 50 minutes. Specs are: Full-screen video, "Dolby Digital English Mono", and closed captioned for the hearing impaired. There are no extras planned for this release.
