Back in April we
posted that Tale Spin would be out in late August, and today Disney confirmed the news by announcing that Volume 1 would be out on
August 29. The 3 disc set will contain the 4-part pilot, and the first 23 episodes (27 total). It sounds as though Disney realized their mistake with not including the pilot episodes for
Ducktales and
Rescue Rangers last year. The set will sell for $34.99 US, or $37.99 CAN. The set won't contain any extras.
