Yesterday we posted Warner's
press release announcing the high-def Blu-ray version of
Supernatural - The Complete 2nd Season, coming home on
June 14th. Today the studio followed up with package art for the BD version, and we've got a 3D look at that for you below. The studio also provided rear cover art, which we've posted at bottom.
That look at the back of the box confirms the list of extras provided in yesterday's press release, but one of our readers noticed something seems to be missing! "Kent" (thanks for the note) pointed out to us that the studio says in their press release that the new Blu version contains "
all the special features from the original DVD release" (plus an enhanced-for-Blu version of one extra, exclusive to the high-def set). However, Kent noticed that one
Season 2 DVD featurette wasn't listed: "The Episode from Hell: The Making of All Hell Breaks Loose, Part 2." We've got an inquiry into Warner Home Video about this, and we hope to have info for you soon. Stay tuned!
