Step by Step - Warner Announces Step By Step - Television Favorites

Posted by David Lambert
3/01/2006

Back in December we passed on a report from SitcomsOnline.com that Step By Step - Television Favorites would come to DVD on June 27th, along with similar releases for Alice and Perfect Strangers. While the latter is nowhere in sight this morning, Alice has been announced (see separate news, complete with box art) and Warner also has the announcement for Step By Step as well:
How do you deal with it when your single parent goes on vacation and comes back married? Well, you deal with it step by step! When two single-parent families join to form one big bunch, there's a lot of adjustment and a lot of laughter. Join the Lamberts and the Fosters as they struggle through the ups and downs of eight very different personalities living under one roof as a new family.
  1. Pilot, 9/20/1991
  2. Rules of the House, 10/4/1991
  3. J.T.'s World, 10/9/1992
  4. Christmas Story, 12/10/1993
  5. I'll Be Home for Christmas, 12/16/1994
  6. Your Cheatin' Heart, 10/3/1997

Cover art isn't available just yet for this one, but we'll have that for you as soon as we can. If you think you've seen the pilot episode of Step By Step on DVD before, then you probably have! Warner included it on a bonus DVD that was packed in with the first season set of Full House. Now you'll get a chance to own it this way, if you missed that, plus five other episodes for just $9.97 SRP. Running time is 138 minutes, video is 1.33:1 full screen, audio is English, and subtitles are English and Spanish, with closed captioning. We'll be back with box art, so stay tuned!
