It looks like previously reported plans for Paramount to release the original Star Trek in new season sets is being confirmed in new ads that the studio is placing in various magazines this month:
This ad features Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and feature film box sets from the Star Trek franchise, promoting them for the holiday season. In the lower left corner it states:
