Back in early June we reported that the September 16th DVD release of Star Trek: Alternate Realities, which comes with 20 episodes and bonus material on 5 discs, would also have a mail-in offer for an exclusive figure of TNG's Chief Engineer Geordi La Forge, produced by Diamond Select Toys. We predicted at the time that the figure would be based on the 100th episode of Star Trek: Voyager, "Timeless," which is on this DVD collection and features an appearance by the future CAPTAIN Geordi La Forge of the U.S.S. Challenger, as played by Levar Burton (who also directed). This was later confirmed to be the case.
Now our friend John Tenuto, of TrekMovie.com, has gotten ahold of an early review copy of the package, including the mail-in card for the action figure of Captain La Forge. He kindly sent us a heads-up that they had posted a scan of the card at TrekMovie, and you can head over there for a full look at the entire card and all the details on it. We've got a close-up look below of that portion of the card which shows the action figure, but it's also interesting to note that there's a disclaimer there that says the "final product may vary".
