The Spectacular Spider-Man - Volume 5 is coming to DVD on
November 17th, with 4 episodes from the all-new second season of the hit animated series. "Blueprints," "Destructive Testing," "Reinforcement" and "Shear Strength" will be found on this 90-minute disc, presented in anamorphic widescreen video. Audio options found on board are English 5.1 and French Dolby Surround. English subtitles and closed captioning for the hearing impaired are also included.
Cost will be $19.94 SRP, but you can pre-order from Amazon using the button link below and lock in your copy at a discount. Below that is an early look at the package art for this title, followed by the trade ad we cropped it out of. The ad's fine print notes that the artwork is not final and is subject to change. And we're certain that it will change, at least in one way, because the current version only states that three episodes (14-16) will be included, rather than the 4 episodes (14-17) mentioned in all of Sony's official material (and mentioned elsewhere on the trade ad).
