Yesterday we posted
the press release from BBC Video for
Spaced - The Complete Series, coming to stores in North America on
July 22nd. Our story included your first look at the package art for this long-awaited box set, which we obtained from BBC sources. However, since posting the artwork yesterday, we've seen numerous fan questions about whether this is the final version of the artwork for this set.
This morning we spoke to a BBC PR representative about this, and we were told that this picture (shown again below) was actually only draft art, and possibly shouldn't have gone out just yet. The final package art hasn't been approved, we're informed. It could look similar, or maybe quite different...we're not sure at this time. Stay tuned, though, and we'll bring the final version to you just as soon as we can!
