Last April we posted the
press release from MGM and their distributor, Fox Home Entertainment, for
Spaceballs: The Animated Series - The Totally-Warped Adventures. At the time the studio originally announced it, the release date was going to be June 16th. Later in April, though,
we reported that the studio had taken it off the schedule, delaying it for a date which hadn't been determined yet.
This morning Fox passed along to retailers that they and MGM had put
Spaceballs: The Animated Series - The Totally-Warped Adventures DVDs back on the schedule, with a new release date of
December 29th. Contents (including extras) are the same as outlined in the press release. Cost is also the same: $19.98 SRP in the USA, and CA$21.98 SRP in Canada. Package art still isn't available yet, but stay tuned and we'll bring it to you just as soon as we can!
