Got it all figured out? Think again. Tragedy takes hold at the start of South of Nowhere's third and final season, as the prom-night shooting claims its victims and Spencer and Ashley struggle to make sense of their relationship in the aftermath. For Ashley this means dropping out of school, grabbing Kyla and leaving home to find herself and start anew in the world outside.
But will she only find herself falling back into old habits and old relationships? Meanwhile, this leaves Spencer to face being the "out" girl in school without Ash to protect her. Will the end of The N's series see Spencer and Ashley reunited, or will life have other plans for this star-crossed couple?
Amazon.com is now taking pre-orders for
South of Nowhere - Season 3 on DVD. There is no shipping date mentioned yet for this title; the e-tailer is allowing fans to lock in their copies now, before finalizing the availability schedule.
Like the previous two season sets of this show (which we
reported on back in August 2008), and like
Charles In Charge - Season 4, these titles are "manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media," per the notice at Amazon. This means that they will not be available in stores, but only through Amazon.com (who will only manufacture the product, using their CreateSpace system, after you've placed your order).
This third season set is a 4-disc collection, running 373 minutes, and currently priced at $50.49 (pricing is subject to change at Amazon's discretion, without notice). Stay tuned for an availability date, and for package art, once Amazon makes that public!
