South Park - The Complete 7th & 8th Seasons are in-the-works, and
the FAQ page at SouthParkStudios.com has this to say about when you can expect it to be released (the question is dated "October 4, 2005"):
Q. - When will seasons 7 & 8 be released? Possibly before X-mas 05?
A. - Target is season 7 - March 2006, season 8 - Oct 2006

South Park DVD distribution is done by Paramount Home Entertainment, and so far they don't have any information about this. Stay tuned, though, and we'll bring you more information just as soon as the studio provides it.
