Sliders -More trips across the Einstein-Rosen bridge: 3rd Season Announced!

In mid-March we posted news about a report at SciFi.com which talked about a July 19th release of Sliders - Season 3. Universal - who wouldn't confirm it at the time - has kept the schedule, announcing a 4-DVD set (three discs are double-sided) for that date, running $59.98 SRP. Look for 19 hours of show, with all 25 episodes of the season which saw cast changes as John Rhys-Davies ("Prof. Atruro") departed the show.
Full-frame video is accompanied by sound that is labeled as "English Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono" (that's how the announcement words it), plus English, French and Spanish subtitles. It looks like there is plenty of room for extras on the final disc, but the studio hasn't talked about any of them quite yet. Stay tuned for that, and for box art, as soon as we get each of them.
