NEW LOWER PRICE FOR GENE RODDENBERRY'S ANDROMEDA AND EARTH: FINAL CONFLICT TV SERIES ON DVD!
HOUSTON, October 3, 2003 - ADV Films today announced new lower pricing for the firm's home entertainment releases of Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda: Season One Collection, a slip-covered, DVD-only box set containing all 22 episodes of the first season of the hit series on 10 discs, as well as all three multi-disc DVD releases of Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict, the acclaimed Alliance Atlantis/Tribune Entertainment science-fiction television series.
Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda: Season One Collection, previously announced with a suggested retail price of $149.98, has been re-priced at $69.98 SRP, while the three Earth: Final Conflict sets, which include No Refuge, Destination Darkness and Face the Horizon, will now carry a suggested retail price of $39.98.
Originally conceived by legendary Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, Andromeda and Earth: Final Conflict bristle with explosive action, brilliant intrigue and incredible special effects. After a successful five-year run in syndication, E:FC is currently being broadcast on SCI FI Channel, while Andromeda, the top-rated, weekly sci-fi/action program starring Kevin Sorbo, is beginning its fourth successful season in national syndication.
