I just wanted to let everyone know that our hosting company,
Pacific Online, is awesome. When I was looking for a host for the site I called around and Pacific Online was the only ones willing to sit through my long list of questions, even before they had any of my money. Since then their service has been top notch, often exceeding my expectations. They answer emails within a few hours, even late at night or on Sundays.
Recently they have blown me away with their service. Our site was running some database queries that were taking awhile to process because of some poorly written code on my part. Instead of sending a nasty email telling me to fix it or they'd kick me off, I received a pleasant email telling me which query was taking awhile to process along with code that returned the same results in a fraction of the time!
