When you log into the site you're greeted by a bunch of statistics; the more requested shows, the number of DVDs, shows, and reviews we have on the site, and the DVDs people want and own. Buffy The Vampire Slayer has dominated the list of DVDs people own for some time, and a number of people were getting tired of seeing the same titles every time they log in. What's the point of looking when you know what will be there?
I made some changes today, and now the list will be ever-changing. The "DVDs People Own" will only display recently released DVDs, so there will always be something new to look at, and the "DVDs People Want" will only display upcoming titles.
This change means we need your help. We need you to select the titles you want to see, and titles you've recently purchased. This will help drive the data of these two areas for now, and we may implement other features that use this data in the future.
