RETURNS TO SHOKUS INTERNET RADIO

One of the animation industry's top authorities will once again be the featured guest on "Stu's Show", the signature program on Shokus Internet Radio ( www.shokusradio.com) live this Wednesday, October 8th beginning at 4:00 p.m. PDT (7:00 p.m. EDT). Jerry Beck, who supervises all of the classic cartoon DVD box sets at Warner Bros., who has penned more than fourteen books on cartoons and animation, and who is one of host Stu Shostak's favorite regular contributors to his show, will make his eighth visit to discuss all things animation with Stu and the listeners.
Topics this time will include the upcoming
Popeye Volume III DVD box set from Warner (delayed until next month...and we'll find out why), the
new Looney Tunes set due at the end of October (and whether this may be the last in the series), as well as the just-announced feature film plans for a live action version of "Yogi Bear", and Jerry's brand new "Cartoon Brew TV", the new feature of his cartoonbrew.com web site. As always, listeners will be encouraged to call in with their questions and comments on the station's toll-free telephone number.
"Stu's Show" airs live each Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. PDT on Shokus Internet Radio, with rebroadcasts at the same time daily.
