In the meantime, this week's issue of trade journal
Agent DVD has
an article about the future of SMK/Vivendi releases. At the 2010 Comic Con, held this past weekend, Marty Krofft was reported to have said that "
A new compilation DVD will be released every three to four months." The article also has this interesting quote about the upcoming home video plans: "
Vivendi will focus on creating collectible sets with all-new, exclusive, never-before-seen content. Marty said the discs will include commentaries and such collectible items as a Pufnstuff bobblehead and a replica of the original tin lunchboxes featuring Krofft characters." Neat! We'll keep our eyes out for additional information, of course, so stay tuned.
