At the end of last week, Cartoon Network and Warner Home Video
announced the
October 27th release of
Adult Swim in a Box on DVD. This 7-disc set brings you episodes of such [adult swim] programs as
Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, Moral Oral, Robot Chicken, Metalocalypse, Sealab 2021 and a disc of pilots that weren't picked up.
On the day of the announcement, Warner provided an "e-announcement" showing an early look at this title's packaging, which appeared to be taller than its width or depth. Now the studio has sent out a finalized look at the package art, and it's more cube-shaped (resembling for all the world a Borg ship from
Star Trek: The Next Generation more than anything else, especially with the etching on the side). Check it out:
