A month ago we
reported that voting had begun for the 2011
Home Media Magazine Awards. This week the winners were announced, and the TV show title which took home the most awards was Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment's
Lost - The Complete Collection. This highly acclaimed set captured honors in 5 categories:
- Title of the Year
- TV DVD of the Year
- Best Complete-Series TV DVD Set
- Best TV on Blu-ray
- Best Trinkets/Collectibles
Additionally, ABC/Disney's
Lost - The Complete 6th Season found an award for "Best Current Series TV DVD," too. But

- Best TV Documentary on Disc: 30 for 30 - Volume 1 (ESPN Home Entertertainment)
- Best Reality TV Show on Disc: The Deadliest Catch - Season 6 (Gaiam/Discovery Channel)
- Best Sports DVD/Blu-ray: Baseball - The 10th Inning (PBS/Paramount Home Entertainment)
- Best Latino TV DVD: Mañana Es Para Siempre (Vivendi Entertainment/Televisa)
- Best International TV DVD: Doctor Who - The Complete 5th Series (BBC Video)
- Best Mystery Series TV DVD: Dexter - The 4th Season (Showtime/CBS DVD/Paramount Home Entertainment)
- Fan-Favorite Title on Disc: 24 - The Complete Series (Fox Home Entertainment)
On the film side of things, Fox's
The Alien Anthology on Blu-ray Disc won four awards, with 2 honors each going to
Avatar and to
