This morning we
broke the news that an early image of package art for
Silverhawks - Season 1, Volume 2 on DVD revealed it would be a 4-disc set with the remaining 33 episodes of the show's entire (single-season) run. At the time this was all the info we had for you, because the Warner Archive hadn't formally announced it yet.
However, a short time ago this afternoon/early evening, the WBshop online studio store began
accepting pre-orders for this title, revealing that it's been scheduled to become available this coming Tuesday,
October 4th. Running 733 minutes long, the episodes are presented in their original full screen 1.33:1 aspect ration video, with English audio. Cost is $39.95 SRP, and because this is a manufacture-on-demand title currently sold exclusively via the WBshop.com website, it will only ship to U.S. destinations. Fear not, though, if you're a fan outside of the States: most all of the Warner Archive MOD titles become available at Amazon's CreateSpace program after a little bit of time has passed.
