Season 1

The Complete 1st Season

Show Me Yours - Canada's Sexy Showcase Series Coming Complete to North American DVD

Both seasons of the show will be released by E1 Entertainment in November

Posted by David Lambert
Life is full of questions, and sex is full of answers. Or so the theory goes according to Kate Langford (Rachael Crawford), a refined psychologist desperate to take a year long sabbatical from her exhausting therapy practice in order to write a book on the subject. It's the ideal refuge from her fatal flaw: Kate's really not good with people. With a book deal inked, a fabulous apartment, and the security of a stable relationship with academic-turned-star-author, David Exley (Jeff Seymour), Kate seems poised to finally live her dream.

That is, until a chance meeting with Benjamin Chase, PhD, (Adam Harrington) has Kate scrambling. The last thing Kate anticipated was for the sparks to fly with the cocky biologist at her best friend's wedding, let alone discover that her publisher, Toni Bane (Alberta Watson), intends to foist Ben on Kate as her new co-author. But determined as Kate is to deny her attraction to Ben, Toni is equally head-strong about changing Kate's solo proposition to a "he said/she said" book that explores sex in all its erotic glory.

Perhaps it's because Kate and Ben couldn't be more different in their approach. He's about nature; she's about nurture. He argues for sexual hard-wiring; she defends desire shaped by experience. He's out to prove a theory; she's out to uncover a theory. Now Kate gets to explore all these notions with the people she's really not good with, while denying the annoying, magnetic "thing" she and Ben seem to have. Not that there's anything wrong with "things" per se, but the timing is off. After all, Kate is blissfully involved with David, right?

Kate is about to realize that while sex is full of answers, it also poses new questions. Intrigued by the bold erotic experiences of the confessors who share their stories for her book, Kate begins to wonder if she's been playing it safe in her own (sex) life. When David's career sends him overseas for a few months, Kate will have to choose between the comfort of living on the sidelines and the risky business of an emboldened life.
