"The Shield: Season One" will be hitting stores on January 7th, 2003. This 4 disc set will contain all 13 episodes from the first season. Commentary tracks will be provided for every episode in the set. The list of commentary participants is as follows:

This information was taken from a post on "The Shield" message board by Shawn Ryan, the creator of the show. A retail price and the company which is releasing the set is not known at this time. We'll post more information when it becomes available.
